WHAT IS CAPITAL CAK
The Capital Cak network consists of affiliates which are separate legal entities. The affiliate members that make up the network are committed to working together to provide quality service offerings for clients throughout the world.
In many parts of the world, accounting firms and financial service providers are required by law to be locally owned and independent. Although regulatory attitudes on this issue are changing, Capital Cak do not and cannot currently operate as a corporate multinational. The Capital Cak network is not a global partnership, a single firm, or a multinational corporation.
For this reason, our affiliate are the authorized representatives with the multiple financial institutions whereby to help the organization and private to achieve highest standard of risk transfer management. Rather its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for Capital Cak and its affiliates. Focusing on key areas such as strategy, brand, and risk and quality, Capital Cak develop and implement policies and initiatives to achieve a common and coordinated approach among individual and private companies. Affiliate members of Capital Cak can use the resources and methodologies of the Capital Cak. In addition, they may draw upon the resources of multiple financial institutions and/or secure the provision of professional services by other entities. In return, affiliate members are bound to abide by certain common policies and to maintain the standards of the Capital Cak.
The Capital Cak network is not one international partnership and affiliate members of Capital Cak are not otherwise legal partners with each other. Many of the affiliate members have legally registered names which contain “Capital Cak”, however there is no ownership by Capital Cak. Affiliate members cannot act as agent of Capital Cak or any other financial institutions, cannot obligate Capital Cak or any other financial institutions, and is liable only for its own acts or omissions and not those of Capital Cak or any other financial institutions. Similarly, Capital Cak cannot act as an agent of any financial institutions, cannot obligate any financial institutions, and is liable only for its own acts or omissions.
